You work hard and at Cross Country TravCorps we feel you should be well compensated for the dedication and commitment you put into your career. That's why we make it a priority to keep our travel nursing benefits amongst the best in the industry.
Wisconsin might not be top of mind when you think of places you are dying to visit... but it very well should be! This state is bare-boned, in-your-face Americana that you won't find anywhere else. Natives don't believe in dressing anything up... what you see is what you get. Coffee is coffee, not fancy lattes or cappuccinos – order a cup of joe and you get a cup of joe. Football is football, no glitzy uniforms or mascots accepted – slap a wedge of foam cheese on your head and you're good to go. And nature is nature, no embellishments required. There’s just raw natural wonder all around you – from dramatic river bluffs, abundant forests, Great Lakes, lesser lakes and rolling pastures full of cattle. So when travel nurses are looking for an assignment that will really get them away from it all this is the place they want head.
Keeping that same simple attitude on how to approach things is the healthcare facilities that make their home throughout this state. Quality care no matter what, when, or who, at least that’s the opinion of the Ministry Health Care System. Sponsored by the Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother, Ministry Health Care is a values-driven healthcare delivery network of aligned hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, home care agencies, dialysis centers and many other programs and services in Wisconsin. This system is one of Cross Country’s exclusive travel nursing clients and a provider of many nursing jobs throughout the year.
